The Australian Psychological Society & Aust Assoc of Social Workers recommended fee

is currently set at $270-$280 @ 50 min session.

 

The total fee is payable on the day of the consultation.

Do I need a referral from a doctor?  No

You don’t need a referral from a doctor if you would prefer not. However, to be eligible for a rebate from Medicare you will need a referral.
